I often find myself in the position of explaining just why Twitter – and social media in general – is so important to writers. Well, here’s one huge reason why: it’s where agents (and editors!) most freely say exactly what kind of material they’re looking for and even post links to wishlists detailing that information.
This morning, it struck me that it’d be really great if someone actually kept on top of all that information and those wishlists to help give querying writers a little more direction as to who might be the perfect target agent, and while unfortunately I don’t possess the time to volunteer myself for something like that on a regular basis, I thought I’d do a little post in that vein right here, simply because I happened to notice three agents post lists like this just yesterday (and link to them on Twitter).
